My previous role as an IT technician at a travel agency honed my troubleshooting skills, enabling me to efficiently resolve computer issues. I have a proven track record of supporting company users with their technical needs, demonstrating a strong aptitude for IT support and problem-solving. Currently I am furthering my studies in IT field by pursuing a Bachelor of Computing Systems at Unitec.
